The Bankruptcy Court charges a fee of $299 for the filing of a chapter 7 case and $274 for the filing of a chapter 13 case. In some circumstances, the filing fee for a chapter 7 case may be waived by the Bankruptcy Judge.

Payment plans: we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, however, the use of a credit card to pay attorney fees for the filing of a bankruptcy may be considered to be a fraud or bad faith. Ask your attorney before proceeding to pay your attorney fees with the use of your credit card.
