Patricia
A. Kovacs is a 1993 graduate of the University of Toledo
College of Law. She attended the college after graduating
Magna Cum Laude from the University of Toledo College of
Arts & Sciences with a Master of Public Administration
degree. She is a former retired trustee on the panel of
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees in the Northern District of
Ohio. Her practice is limited to bankruptcy & bankruptcy
litigation for individual consumer debtors, business debtors
& creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11 and
Chapter 12 bankruptcy cases. She is a frequent speaker at
required seminars for attorneys in the bankruptcy field &
has published many articles on the subject of bankruptcy.
Drew Ethan
Wood, Associate Attorney at Law is a 2008 graduate of the
Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he served
as associate editor of the Ohio State Criminal Law Review
and was featured in the Dean’s list for academic excellence
numerous times. Prior to law school, Drew attended Miami
University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree with
honors in English. He has been an employee of Kovacs &
Associates since 1998. He has now joined the firm as an
associate. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy &
juvenile law.
Margaret
"Peggy" Bergman, Paralegal and Office Manager, Peggy has been
employed with Kovacs & Associates since May, 2000. Her
creativity and intelligence have been a mainstay at the
office for nearly 10 years. She handles each and every
client with courtesy and respect.
Melanie Green,
Office Assistant. Melanie Green is a Dean’s list student at
the University of Toledo College of Business Administration
majoring in engineering. She is intelligent, up-beat and
greets all clients and fellow co-workers with her
super-friendly outgoing personality.
