Kovacs
Patricia A.
Kovacs is a 1993 graduate of the University of Toledo
College of Law.
She attended the college after graduating
Magna Cum Laude from the University of Toledo College of
Arts & Sciences with a Master of Public Administration
degree.
She is a former retired trustee on the panel of
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees in the Northern District of
Ohio.
Her practice is limited to bankruptcy and bankruptcy
litigation for individual consumer debtors, business debtors
and creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11 and
Chapter 12 bankruptcy cases.
She is a frequent speaker at
required seminars for attorneys in the bankruptcy field and
has published many articles on the subject of bankruptcy. |
